Company History
| 1934 | A wooden vessel factory was built and the shipbuilding industry started in Nishinari-ku, Osaka. |
| 1942 | We built a wooded wartime standardized boat. |
| 1949 | We were the first company in Japan to succeed in the trial production of a lifeboat made from steel and aluminum. |
| 1950 | Incorporated in November 25. |
| 1957 | We were the first company in Japan to succeed in the trial production of a lifeboat made from FRP. |
| 1968 | We were the first company in Japan to succeed in experiments with fire-resistance lifeboats. |
| 1972 | Head office relocated to our Sakai factory in November. |
| 1999 | The first free fall lifeboats manufactured domestically with technological know-how. |
| 2007 | New head office factory completed in December. |
| 2008 | Started in-house development and delivery of our free-fall lifeboats. |
